We will do our best to ship the order to you as soon as possible. Orders that are placed on working days before 8:00 pm, will be processed the same day.\u00a0However, it does not always work for us to keep this up, sometimes products are not in stock or the order volume is too big too process, your order could take a little longer to be shipped.<\/p>

Healthyskinsecrets.ch shipping process is done by the following steps:<\/p>

1 Your order is being collected\u00a0together in our warehouse
2 Your order is tidy and well packaged
3 Your order will be\u00a0picked up by our courier
4a Your order will be delivered to your shipping address specified

Filled in a wrong address? Please contact us as soon as possible, mostly we can still change this. If the package is already underway with the delivery, unfortunately we cannot do anything anymore. Please keep us informed, we will do everything we can to get the package delivered.<\/p>
